Go to Step 3. | Turn ignition switch OFF. Replace passenger air bag (inflator) module referring to PASSENGER AIR BAG (INFLATOR) MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION:EXCEPT ADVANCED AIR BAG . |

Go to Step 4. | High resistance or open wire "BLU/RED" or "YEL/RED" circuit. (Between "G68" and "G65" connectors) |

Substitute a known-good SDM and recheck. | High resistance or open wire in "BLU/RED" or "YEL/RED" circuit. (Between "G67" and "G47" connectors or between "G67" and "G46" connectors). |
NOTE:
Upon completion of inspection and repair work, perform the following items.
- Reconnect all air bag system components and ensure all components are properly mounted.
- Clear DTCs referring to DTC CLEARANCE:EXCEPT ADVANCED AIR BAG , if any.
- Repeat AIR BAG DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK:EXCEPT ADVANCED AIR BAG to confirm that the trouble has been corrected.
