DTC TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  DTC check 
  1. Connect scan tool to DLC with ignition switch turned OFF.
  2. Check ECM and BCM for DTC.

Is there DTC(s)? 		 Diagnose affected DTC(s). Go to DTC TABLE . Substitute a known-good HVAC control module and recheck.
