Installation Procedure

- Install the air inlet assembly.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the air inlet assembly screws.
Tightening torque
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
- Install the recirculation actuator.
- Install the recirculation actuator screws.
Tightening torque
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
- Install the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
- Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT .
