Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Inspection

Reference: MASS AIR FLOW (MAF) AND INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 

CAUTION: Do not heat up MAF and IAT sensor more than 100°C (212°F). Otherwise, MAF and IAT sensor will be damaged.

Intake air temperature sensor resistance 

-20°C (-4°F): 12.5 - 16.9 kΩ 

25°C (77°F): 1.8 - 2.2 kΩ 

60°C (140°F): 0.5 - 0.68 kΩ
