Voltage of shift solenoid valve TCM terminal is high although TCM is commanding shift solenoid to turn OFF.
(1 driving cycle detection logic)
  • Shift solenoid valve circuit open or shorted to power circuit.
  • Malfunction of shift solenoid valve.
