Front Door Glass Removal And Installation

Removal

1. Remove the door seal trim.
2. Remove the outside channel molding.
3. Remove the screws that secure the glass to the window regulator.
4. Remove the glass from the door.







Installation

1. Install the glass in the door and position the glass within the window regulator.
2. Install the glass to the window regulator with the screws.

Tighten:
Tighten the glass screws to 7 Nm (62 in. lbs.).

3. Install the outside channel molding.
4. Install the door seal trim.
