SERVICE MANUAL UPDATE: DTC P2106 THROTTLE ACTUATOR
CONTROL (TAC) SYSTEM PERFORMANCE - THROTTLE LIMITATION
ACTIVE AND
DTC P2110 THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL (TAC) SYSTEM - FORCED
LIMITED ENGINE SPEED

CONDITION:
DTC P2106 and P2110 set with no other DTCs and possible no power or limited engine RPM.

CAUSE:
The engine control module (ECM) logic will set these DTCs and limit engine RPM in order to prevent throttle actuator errors caused by a continued low voltage condition.

CORRECTION:
Additional diagnostic procedures have been added to the service manual. Please add the pages below to your service manual in the appropriate section and cross out the sections in your service manual that the corresponding sections below are replacing.
