Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Adapter and Internal PCV Pipe Removal and Installation: Installation
- Install the EGR valve adapter and internal PCV pipe with the gasket.
- Install the EGR valve adapter internal PCV pipe retaining bolts.
Tighten:
- Tighten the EGR valve adapter retaining bolt (1) to 20 N.m (14.8 lb-ft).
- Tighten the EGR valve adapter retaining bolts (2) to 30 N.m (22 lb-ft).
- Install the heater return hose to EGR valve adapter.
