Front Door Lock Assembly Removal and Installation: Removal
- Remove front door trim and door sealing cover referring to Step 1) to 4) of Front Door Glass Removal and Installation
.
- Disconnect door opening control rod (1) from outside handle.
- Disconnect door latch control rod (2) from key cylinder.
- Disconnect door lock motor lead wire (if equipped).
- Disconnect door opening control rod (3) from door latch.
- Loosen door latch screw (4), door latch actuator bolt (5) and remove door latch (6).
- Remove key cylinder mounting bolt.
- Remove key cylinder (7).

- Remove key cylinder plate.
