Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve Removal and Installation: Installation

Reference: IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE INSPECTION 

For installation, reverse removal procedure noting the followings:

• Install new gasket (1) to throttle body.
• Tighten IAC valve screw to specified torque.

  Tightening torque 

  IAC valve screw a: 4.0 N.m (0.4 kg-m, 3.0 lb-ft)

• Install throttle body to intake manifold referring to THROTTLE BODY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
