Power Door Lock System Circuit Inspection
- Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
- Disconnect door lock controller coupler (1).
- Confirm that all doors are unlocked. Connect battery positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to door lock controller coupler terminals, and check door lock and unlock operation as follows.
If it does not operate as specified, repair applicable circuit or check actuator. If it operates as specified, go to next step.
- Connect negative (-) cable at battery.
- Check that the voltage and resistance between the following terminals and body ground are specifications under each conditions.
If check result is OK, replace door lock controller. If check result is not as specified, repair circuit.
