Precaution for Charging




The refrigerant charge must be performed according to Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charging:Manual Type. Also, the check of refrigerant amount must be performed according to Quick Checking of Refrigerant Charge:Manual Type or A/C System Performance Inspection:Manual Type.

Because, in the sub-cool system, the point at which bubbles disappear is in insufficient charged region, the amount of refrigerant will be insufficient if the refrigerant charge is stopped at the point at which bubbles disappear. Also, overcharge causes poor performance of the A/C system and poor fuel consumption.
