Use an ohmmeter to check resistance of outside air temperature sensor.
If check result is not satisfactory, replace outside air temperature sensor.
Outside air temperature sensor resistance: 2.18 kilo ohm- 2.22 kilo ohm at 25 °C (77 °F)
