DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

DTC detecting condition Trouble area
"D" range signal not inputted (Park / Neutral position signal inputted) to ECM while vehicle running.
(2 driving cycle detection logic)
  • "GRY/RED" circuit open
  • Transmission range sensor (shift switch) malfunction
  • "R", "D", "2" or "L" range signal circuit open
  • TCM power or ground circuit open
  • TCM malfunction
  • ECM malfunction
