EGR Valve Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
  2. Remove engine cover referring to ENGINE COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Disconnect EGR valve coupler.
  4. Remove EGR valve (1) and gasket (2) from intake manifold (3).
