Is "IG COIL" fuse is OK? |
Go to Step 2. | Replace "IG COIL" fuse with new one. |

Is terminal voltage 10- 14 V? |
Go to Step 3. | "BLK/WHT" wire is open circuit. |

Is terminal voltage 10- 14 V? |

Is terminal voltage 0- 1 V? |
Go to Step 6. | Go to Step 5. |
| 5 | ECM ground check
Is resistance less than 5 Ω? |
Faulty ECM (PCM). | ECM (PCM) ground is open circuit or high resistance circuit. |

Is terminal voltage 10- 14 V? |
Faulty ECM (PCM). | Go to Step 7. |
