Front Seat Removal and Installation for H27 Engine Model: Installation
- Install front seat assembly and tighten four mounting bolts with specified torque.NOTE: Be sure not to enter foreign substance to mating surfaces of seat adjuster and vehicle body.
Tightening torque
Front seat mounting bolt: 35 N.m (3.5 kg-m, 25.5 lb-ft)
- Connect seat harness and seat heater harness (if equipped).
- Connect negative cable to battery.
- Enable air bag system referring to "ENABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM ".
- For passenger seat installation, perform following procedure.
- Perform air bag system check referring to "AIR BAG DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK ".
- Perform occupant classification system rezeroing referring to "OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM REZEROING ".
- If passenger seat is disassembled, perform occupant classification system sensitivity check referring to "OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM SENSITIVITY CHECK ".
