Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Installation

Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
Install the ECTS.
NOTE: Apply the sealant to the threads on the ECTS.

Tighten

Tighten the ECTS to 15 ~ 20 N.m (11 ~ 15 lb-ft).

Install the VIS vacuum tank.
Tighten

Tighten the VIS vacuum tank retaining bolts to 7 ~ 9 N.m (62 ~ 80 lb-in).
