Heater Core Installation

Install the heater core into the case.

Install the heater core clip.

Install the heater core cover.
Install the tighten the screws that secure the heater core cover to the aircon module.

Install the evaporator core case.
Install the tighten the screws that secure the evaporator core case cover to the heater/air distributor case assembly.

Install the air inlet case with the screws.

Install the motor and screws for the floor diverter.
Install the A/C module. Refer to "HEATER / AIR DISTRIBUTOR CASE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL ".
