Conditions for Setting the DTC
- Vehicle is under closed loop condition.
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is more than 75 °C (167°F).
- Engine speed is less than 3,500 rpm.
- Catalyst temperature is between 500 °C (932 °F) and 900 °C (1,652 °F).
- Ambient pressure is higher than 74.5 kPa.
- Mass air flow is between 100 mg/stroke and 350 mg/stroke.
- Averaged catalyst index value is greater than 0.3.
- No relevant DTCs are set.
