Conditions for Setting the DTC
- Engine is running.
- Start up intake air temperature is higher than -9.75 °C (14.45 °F).
- Mass air flow is less than 30 kg/h.
- Total fuel cutoff time is less than 20%.
- No relevant DTCs are set.
- At start up engine coolant temperature is between -9.75 °C (14.45 °F) and 55.5 °C (131.9 °F).
- ECT signal value is less than 75 °C (167 °F) when the compensated coolant temperature is higher than 85.5 °C (185.9 °F).
