Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Connect the MAP sensor connector to the MAP sensor.
  2. Install the MAP sensor into the intake manifold.
  3. Install the MAP sensor retaining bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the MAP sensor retaining bolt to 4 N.m (35 lb-in).

  4. Connect the fuel rail. Refer to "FUEL RAIL AND INJECTORS REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
