Front Door Lock Removal and Installation: Installation

Connect the electrical connector.
Connect the lock rods.
CAUTION: Dissimilar metals in direct contact with each other may corrode rapidly. Make sure to use the correct fasteners to prevent premature corrosion.
Install the front door lock with the screws.
Tighten

Tighten the front door lock screws to 8 N.m (71 lb-in).
Install the seal trim. Refer to "DOOR SEAL TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
Connect the negative battery cable.
