TPMS Receiver Inspection

Remove rear center console box from vehicle.
Check TPMS control module and wiring. If there is an abnormality, repair or replace.
Connect an oscilloscope to "L73-3" terminal of TPMS receiver (1).

Using special tool, activate tire pressure sensor. Refer to the instruction of special tool for the method of activating tire pressure sensor.
NOTE: When tire pressure sensor is activated, flashing LED and beeping sound of special tool indicate an activation of the tire pressure sensor. In case that LED does not flash and beeping sound is not heard even if special tool is normal, replace faulty tire pressure sensor.

Turn ignition switch to ON position.
Check that TPMS receiver transmits signals to TPMS control module. If not, replace TPMS receiver.
