Vehicle speed signal is not input while fuel cut at deceleration for 4 sec. or more.
  • "BLK/ORN" circuit open
  • "PPL" or "BLK/WHT" circuit open or short
  • VSS malfunction
  • ECM malfunction
  • Speedometer malfunction
