Front Stabilizer Bar and/or Bushings Removal and Installation: Installation
- Loosely assemble all components in reverse order of removal.
- With painted mark (1) on stabilizer bar and end face of mount bushing (2) aligned, tighten mount bracket bolts to specified torque.NOTE: If painted mark has gone, align the vehicle center and the center of stabilizer bar.
Tightening torque
Stabilizer bar mounting bracket bolt (a): 23 N.m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lb-ft)
- Tighten joint nuts to specified torque.
When tightening, hold stud with wrench.
Tightening torque
Stabilizer joint nut (b): 50 N.m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)
