Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following.

• Clean mating surfaces of sensor and water outlet cap.
• Tighten ECT sensor (1) to specified torque.

  Tightening torque 

  ECT sensor (a): 13 N-m (1.3 kg-m, 9.5 lb-ft) 1.0)

• Connect connector to sensor securely.
• Refill cooling system.
