| 2 | Is this DTC detected after registering the VIN? | Go To Step 3. | Go To Step 5. |
| 3 | Check scan tool connection Check connector connection of scan tool to DLC and ECM. Are connected conditions OK? |
Go To Step 4. | Connect connector correctly. |

Are they checking results OK? |
Go To Step 5. | Repair ECM power or ground circuit. |
| 5 | Registration data check Check registered VIN data referring to VIN REGISTRATION . Is registration VIN data correctly? |
