| 2 | Check EVAP canister purge power supply circuit
Is it voltage 10 - 14 V? |
Go To Step 3. | Open wire in "BLK/RED" circuit. |
| 3 | Check wire circuit
Is resistance infinity? |
Go To Step 4. | "BLU/BLK" wire shorted to ground circuit. |

Is voltage 0 V? |
Go To Step 5. | "BLU/BLK" wire shorted to other circuits. |

Is it voltage 10 - 14 V? |
Go To Step 6. | Open wire in "BLU/BLK" circuit. |

Is it good condition? |
Go To Step 7. | Faulty EVAP canister purge control valve. |

Is resistance below 40 Ω at 20°C, 68°F? |
Faulty ECM, substitute a known-good ECM and recheck. | High resistance wire in "BLK/RED" and/or "BLU/BLK" circuit. |
