Front Seat Removal And Installation For H27 Engine Model: Installation

Install front seat assembly and tighten four mounting bolts with specified torque.
NOTE: Be sure not to enter foreign substance to mating surfaces of seat adjuster and vehicle body.

Tightening torque

Front seat mounting bolt: 35 N.m (3.5 kg-m, 25.5 lb-ft)
Connect seat harness and seat heater harness (if equipped).
Connect negative cable to battery.
Enable air bag system referring to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
For passenger seat installation, perform following procedure.
1. Perform air bag system check referring to AIR BAG DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK .
2. Perform occupant classification system rezeroing referring to OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION MODULE (OCM) SYSTEM REZEROING PROCEDURE .
3. If passenger seat is disassembled, perform occupant classification system sensitivity check referring to OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM SENSITIVITY CHECK .
