Speedometer Driven Gear Removal and installation: Installation
- Make sure that O-ring and speed sensor have not been damaged.
- Inspect speedometer driven gear for abnormal wear of gear teeth or bend of shaft portion and replace it if necessary.
- Make sure its smooth rotation.
- Install speed sensor assembly (1) to transfer (2) and connect coupler (3) as it was.
Tightening torque
Speed sensor mounting bolt (a): 6 N.m (0.6 kg-m, 4.5 lb-ft)
