Removal & Installation (Aerio)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disable air bag system. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Remove glove box and instrument panel passenger side lower member. See Fig 1 . Remove right side dash side trim. Disconnect ECM harness connectors. Remove ground wire harness. Remove ECM bracket-to-body bolts. To install, reverse removal procedure.
