Conditions for Setting the DTC
- Vehicle is under closed loop condition.
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is more than 75°C(167°F).
- Engine speed is less than 3,400 rpm.
- Vehicle speed is higher than 5km/h (3mph).
- Catalyst temperature is between 500°C (932°F) and 900°C (1,652°F).
- Ambient pressure is higher than 74.5 kPa.
- Mass air flow is between 100mg/stroke and 350mg/stroke.
- Averaged catalyst index value is greater than 0.3.
- No relevant DTCs are set.
