Oil Pan / Oil Pump Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine under cover.

  4. Remove the oil pan drain plug and drain the engine oil.

  6. Remove the oil pan flange-to-transaxle bolts.

  8. Remove the front engine mount bracket-to-damper bush bolt.
  9. Remove the center front suspension member bolts.

  11. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts and the oil pan.

  13. Remove the oil pump sprocket cover bolts and the oil pump sprocket cover.

  15. Remove the oil pump sprocket retaining nut and the oil pump sprocket.

  17. Remove the oil suction pipe bracket bolt.
  18. Remove the four (4) oil pump retaining bolts and the oil pump.
  19. Remove the oil ring from the oil pump.
  20. Remove the two (2) oil suction pipe-to-oil pump retaining bolts.
  21. Remove the oil suction pipe gasket.
