Heater Core Installation

  1. Install the heater core into the case. Refer to Heater Core Installation  .
  2. Install the A/C module. Refer to A/C Module Installation  .
  3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND REFILLING THE COOLING SYSTEM .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Discharging, Adding Oil, Evacuating, and Charging Procedures for A/C System  .
