Exhaust EGR Pipe Installation

Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
Install the exhaust EGR pipe.
Tighten
1. Tighten the exhaust EGR pipe-to-heater adapter retaining nuts to 8-12 N.m (71-106 lb-in).
2. Tighten the exhaust pipe bracket-to-cylinder head short side retaining bolt to 18-22 N.m (13-16 lb-ft).
Tighten
1. Tighten the exhaust EGR pipe flange-to-EGR valve retaining bolts to 8-12 N.m (71-106 lb-in).
2. Tighten the exhaust pipe bracket-to-cylinder head long side retaining bolt to 8-12 N.m (71-106 lb-in).
