Disassembly Procedure

CAUTION: Brake fluid may irritate eyes and skin. In case of contact, take the following actions:

Eye contact - rinse thoroughly with water.
Skin contact - rinse with soap and water.
If ingested - consult a physician immediately.

Remove the wheel cylinder assembly from the backing plate. Refer to Wheel Cylinder Replacement .
Twist off the boots, the pistons, and the seals from each end of the wheel cylinder.
Remove the spring assembly.

Remove the bleeder cap and the bleeder valve.
