Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the cigar lighter from the cigar lighter housing.
Remove the floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (Notchback) or Front Floor Console Replacement (Hatchback) .
Remove the cigar lighter housing from the instrument panel.
Disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector.
