Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Connect the electrical connector.
Install the rear wiper motor with the bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the wiper motor bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the hatchback door lower garnish molding. Refer to Hatchback Door Lower Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
Install the rear window wiper arm. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement - Rear .
Connect the negative battery cable.
