Removal Procedure

  1. Open the hatchback door.
  2. Remove the luggage compartment rear trim panel. Refer to Compartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the screws that secure the lock striker.
  4. Disconnect the cable from the lock striker.
