Removal Procedure

  1. Lower the rear window.
  2. Remove the rear window regulator handle. Refer to Window Regulator Handle Replacement - Door in Doors.
  3. Remove the door pull screw.
  4. Remove the inside door handle.

  5. Remove the rear door interior garnish molding.
  6. Remove the screws at the base of the trim panel.
  7. Pry off the trim panel using the trim remover J 21104-B  (1). See Special Tools and Equipment  .
