Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the wiper motor with the bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the wiper motor bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector.

Press the wiper arm linkage onto the motor drive shaft.
Install the wiper arm linkage to the motor drive shaft with the nut.
Tighten: Tighten the wiper arm linkage nut to 8.5 N.m (75 lb in).
Install the left side portion of the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
Connect the negative battery cable.
