Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the KS with the bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the KS bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
Connect the KS electrical connector.
Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical - 1.6L.
Connect the negative battery cable.
