When replacing compressor

Compressor oil is sealed in each new compressor (1) by the amount required for air conditioner cycle. Therefore, when using a new compressor for replacement, drain oil from it by the amount calculated as follows.

  1. "C" = "A" - "B"
  2. "C": Amount of oil to be drained
  3. "A": Amount of oil sealed in a new compressor
  4. "B": Amount of oil remaining in removed compressor
NOTE: Compressor assembly supplied from factory is filled up with the following amount of oil.
  1. Oil 99000-27080 (H25 engine model)
  2. Oil 99000-99022-00E (H27 engine model)

Amount of oil in new compressor 

  1. H25 engine model: 100 cm3 (100 cc)
  2. H27 engine model with dual A/C: 200 cm3 (200 cc)
  3. H27 engine model with single A/C: 150 cm3 (150 cc)

Amount of compressor oil to be replenished after part replacement 

  1. Evaporator: 50 cm3 (50 cc)
  2. Rear evaporator for H27 engine model with dual A/C: 50 cm3 (50 cc)
  3. Condenser for H25 engine model: 15 cm3 (15 cc)
  4. Condenser for H27 engine model: 30 cm3 (30 cc)
  5. Receiver/dryer for H25 engine model: 20 cm3 (20 cc)
  6. Receiver/dryer for H27 engine model: 10 cm3 (10 cc)
  7. Hoses: 10 cm3 (10 cc)
  8. Pipes: 10 cm3 (10 cc)
