Windshield Wiper Arm Removal and Installation: Installation

Install the wiper arm.
CAUTION: Dissimilar metals in direct contact with each other may corrode rapidly. Make sure to use the correct fasteners to prevent premature corrosion.

Secure the wiper arm with the nut.
Tighten

Tighten the wiper arm nut to 22 N.m (16 Ft.Lbs.).
Install the wiper arm nut cap, if necessary.
Close the hood.
