Heater Core Removal

  1. Remove the aircon module from the vehicle. Refer to A/C Module Removal  .
  2. Remove the wiring harness from the aircon module.

  4. Remove the temperature motor lever and actuator rod.

  6. Remove the mode motor ventilation link.

  8. Remove the air inlet case with the screws.

  10. Remove the evaporator core case cover.

  12. Remove the heater core cover with the screws.

  14. Remove the heater core clip.

  16. Remove the heater core from the case.
