Water Pump Installation

Install a new gasket to the coolant pump.
Secure the coolant pump to the engine block with the mounting bolts.
Tighten
1. Tighten the coolant pump mounting bolts to 23 N.m (17 lb-ft).

Install a auto tensioner with the mounting bolt.
Tighten
1. Tighten the auto tensioner bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb-ft).
Install the power steering pump bracket.
Install the power steering pump bracket lower bolt.
Tighten

Tighten the power steering pump bracket lower bolt to 35 N.m (26 lb-ft).

Install a power steering pump bracket upper bolts.
Tighten
1. Tighten the power steering pump bracket upper bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb-ft).

Install the power steering pump.
Install the power steering pump bolts.
Tighten
1. Tighten the power steering pump bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb-ft).

Install the serpentine accessory drive bolt. Refer to SERPENTINE ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT INSTALLATION .
Refill the engine cooling system. Refer to Draining and Refilling the Cooling System .
