Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Installation

  1. Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
  2. Install the EGR valve.

    Tighten 

    1. Tighten the EGR valve retaining bolts to 20-30 N.m (15-22 lb-ft).
