Right Case Disassembly and Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove bolt and then pull out VSS.
  2. Remove differential side oil seal from right case referring to Differential Side Oil Seal Replacement , if necessary.
  3. Remove differential side bearing outer race (1) using brass bar (2) if necessary.

  4. Remove input shaft oil seal (1) by using special tools, if necessary.

    Special tool 

    (A): 09930-30104

    (B): 09923-74510

  5. Pull out countershaft right bearing outer race (2) by using special tools, if necessary.

    Special tool 

    (A): 09930-30104

    (C): 09941-64511
