Condenser Assembly Removal and Installation: Removal

- Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
- Recover refrigerant from A/C system by referring to Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charging
.NOTE: The amount of removed compressor oil must be measured for replenishing compressor oil.
- Remove front bumper.
- Remove hood lock cross member (1) and radiator stay bolts (2).
- Disconnect discharge hose (3) and condenser outlet pipe (4) from condenser (5).
- Remove condenser mounting bolts (6).
- Remove condenser (5).
